Hybrid House Master respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on Hybrid House Master infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent (see below) including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., a URL or track ID).
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

What happens after a notice
We will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, an applicable jurisdiction).
We may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringer policy
Accounts that receive multiple valid infringement notices will be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
